Being plus-size doesn't mean I'm unhealthy

Health has nothing to do with the size or shape of your body.

I am plus-size, and therefore people constantly make assumptions about my health. Often people assume I don't exercise, and I exist solely off soft drinks and McDonald's. I am seen as unhealthy with unhealthy habits by virtue of my size.

Sometimes people even like to accuse me of this via DM on Instagram, charming right?
